Step 1: Customize Design in Design Space
You are going to start making Cricut New Year’s Eveprops by logging in to your Cricut Design Space account. After that, press the New Project option available on the left side of the page. Now, press the Upload option and choose your selected image from the Recent Uploads folder.
After adding the image to the canvas, you need to ungroup all the images by pressing the Ungroup icon mentioned under the Layers section. Once you are done after ungrouping the images, go to Operation Type Dropbox and select the Score option. After choosing the option, you can easily make the relevant changes. Following this, change the Operation Type from Score to Basic Cut.
Following this, tap the Optimize Experience For section and choose your craft machine from the list. Next, tick the Make It appearing inside the green box.
After finishing your design, you will get connected to the Mat Preview page. On the new page, press the On Mat option and choose your mat size. Next, tick the Confirm option and do the necessary modifications if required.
Step 2: Load Material Into Machine
Following the completion of designing the Cricut New Year’s Eve prop, click the Browse All Materials option and choose your material from the list. Furthermore, load your material into the machine and let the machine do the rest of the work on its own.
After a few minutes, the machine will instruct you to unload the mat. Now, you need to be very careful while unloading the mat from the machine. To perfectly weed out the design from the mat, use your spatula tool and slowly remove the material.
Step 3: Weed Out & Assemble Design
Following this, remove extra material from the mat with your weeding tool and cut down the different pieces using your Cricut scissors. Afterward, assemble all the elements in one place and start sticking them with strong adhesive glue.
